Paul sharpened his expertise from his first website created for a bank in 1994, to his mobile-content delivery startup uB-mobile, from a telemarketer to heading marketing operations at a luxury business consulting firm. He more recently became a successful lobbyist with a 600 clients portfolio. Upon moving to Tokyo in 2008, he created his own consulting firm, started advising tech startups and blogged about Japan's mobile web, while organizing the Tokyo 2.0 events.
Paul graduated from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva with a Masters in International Affairs.
